Hello. I bought a pre made gluten-free Graham cracker style crust but it is cracked and crumbling (they had 2, both were 😔). Can I crumble the whole thing and add more butter than reform it?

I have never tried to reform the whole broken crust like you are describing. But it seems like it should work. If the crust is really crumbly, give it a try.
But if there are only a few pieces broken off, you can try to "re-glue" them back to the pie tin using melted white chocolate. This works well if the broken pieces are medium or big.
